  • Collector randomly picks two dirauth and downloads status vote consensus and bandwidth files. Then checks for missing descriptors to download. If a download fails tries another directory. This process should be fixed. Some directories interrupt the download others simply always refuse.

  • Amend the support article for overloaded nodes with the tor version ( so metrics port data for relays are in >= 0.4.7.1-alpha but the overload data in the relay descriptor is in 0.4.6+) and maybe write a follow-up mail to tor-relays@ mentioning also a new metrics-web release. hence make a new metrics web release.

  • Is the collector issue why we are missing bandwidth data on metrics-web?

Seems like a SQL exception is triggered when trying to add data to the db on some days. Added a crontab entry to send an email whenever this happens.

  • Ask about how to reprocess throughput data in metrics-web

_Switch website throughput metrics to use the last 1MB of the 5MB transfer_
