No way to apply doc comments

There should be a way to put doc comments on a reuseable macro (ie, with define_derive_adhoc!), in such a way that means they appear in the docs somewhere, presumably on the derive_adhoc_template_TEMPLATE macro, maybe with some fixed additional text.
