The jessie-backports suite has been removed from ftp.debian.org, so we
now download and install the package using snapshot.debian.org.

The build of HTTPS-Everywhere requires python3.6, however the python3.6
package which we were using has now been removed from Debian Unstable.

We now build python 3.6 ourselves. As the different platforms use a
different suite by default, we add the common-stretch target to
rbm.conf, which we use to avoid building a different python for each
platform.

Updating this version number will cause the old images created by
debootstrap-image to be discarded when a new image is built by
container-image. However existing images from container-image will not
be discarded as container-image's filename doesn't depend on
debootstrap-image's filename.

Remove the python3.6-lxml package for the list of dependencies to build
https-everywhere. This package does not exist anymore in Debian Buster,
and it seems it is not required to build https-everywhere.

Updated the https-everywhere deps section to install python3.6 and
python3.6-lxml. Previously python and python-lxml were listed, but these
packages now map to the 3.7 versions.

The NoScript update fixes #28873 and #28720 on our side.

The Windows installer for the en-US bundle was created from the
$TB_STAGE_DIR instead of the $PKG_DIR where the precomplete file has
been regenerated.

Use a new .DS_Store file that has the correct app icon position.
Incorporate a new background image with updated Tor Browser branding,
  including @1x and @2x (Retina) images.
Remove the .fseventsd/ directory, which is not needed in a DMG.
These changes also fix bug 25151: Update Tor Browser branding on
  installation.

Building Rust with Thin LTO enabled leads to Tor Browser builds on macOS
and probably Linux not being reproducible. The exact reason for that is
unknown at the moment, although it seems fixed testing nightly Rust
source tarballs as of mid-September 2018.

We therefore disable Thin LTO for now by setting `codegen-units` to `1`.

On CentOS/RHEL 6, add the bundled directory from the firefox package to
the LD_LIBRARY_PATH.

In addition, we don't reset anymore the previous LD_LIBRARY_PATH value,
but only add new directories to it. This allows users to set LD_LIBRARY_PATH
before starting the browser if additional libraries are needed.
