## If you have multiple network interfaces, you can specify one for

## outgoing traffic to use.

## OutboundBindAddressExit will be used for all exit traffic, while

## OutboundBindAddressOR will be used for all OR and Dir connections

## (DNS connections ignore OutboundBindAddress).
