This is a fuzzy milestone used to track remaining work surrounding the new cluster (gnt-dal) setup in %"trusted high performance cluster".

Originally, the %"trusted high performance cluster" milestone was designed to address deep systemic issues in our infrastructure like GitLab scalability issues (team#40479), large scale storage challenges (team#40478 (closed)), or complete install automation (team#31239).

Unfortunately, the milestone priorities shifted due to external factors and turned into an (orderly) evacuation of the gnt-chi cluster (see TPA-RFC-40: Cymru migration budget; and TPA-RFC-43: Migration plan).

We therefore still need a space to organize that work, and this is that open-ended milestone for now. Ideally, we'd have budgets and roadmaps here, but for now this will have to do.
