Add 10M downloads to tornettools

I have started to work on the "10Mb downloads hack" in tornettools and have been going through both tornettools and tgen.

I am thinking that the difficulty in this hack might be just the parsing of the results.

With this I mean that:

  1. tornettools will just generate the correct model given that we tell it to add a node and edge for the 10Mb downloads.
  2. I will have to add code in tornettools to parse the resulting logs and print the metrics that we will be interested in (throughput and so on).

Are these correct assumptions @jnewsome?
