Add ability to commit live data into sim-results

In the Shadow gitlab pipelines, we graph a live baseline against the sim results. However, right now the network is undergoing an upgrade for congestion control, and we need to be able to compare various date ranges on live against analysis, particularly to help with #16.

Can we use the script that does this extraction of live network data to something that can commit it to sim-results.git? This way, we can compare various network models to the live network more easily, to see which ones come closest under various circumstances.

FYI: Because of an ongoing onion service DoS, we will need the ability to select fairly specific date ranges for this export, to try to avoid periods of excessive DoS traffic.
