Mark one thing off the todo and remove another thing we probably won't end

Short-Term Goals:

  * Conduct a semi-formal survey to try to learn more about what users really

    want from a controller.

Pre-competition-deadline Goals:

  * Circuit and stream visualization

  * Simplified (coarse-grained) rate-limiting control

  * Add a "Help" button to as many error message boxes as possible and link to

    the appropriate help topics.

  * Create a bundle for Mac OS X, similar to what we have for Windows

  * Create a Vidalia package for at least one Linux distro (preferably Debian)
