UID=103 seems OK here, or perhaps sub 100? I haven't been able to track down any actual documentation on the ranges, will try to find some and update this.

When I started the installer the default installation directory was "C:\Users\matt\Desktop\Tor Browser"
This is a defect, applications should not install onto the desktop by default. They should install into "C:\Program Files".
I searched the for this bug in trac.torproject.org but did not find reference to it. Since this seems like an obvious bug I have to ask if I am missing something?
The Version drop down on the new bug page does not have any versions for the tor browser. Should I file this bug someplace different?
