New event codes missing from SETEVENTS section
Hi, a recent spec change added several new event types (CONN_BW, CIRC_BW, etc) but didn't add them to the SETEVENTS listing (section 3.4):

Very trivial mistake. That said, I wouldn't be surprised if it's missing other event types too (it's error prone to expect spec changers to update both this and section 4.x when adding events). Maybe we should simply drop this listing?
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
