Add resource for Tails-IUK on Transifex
Please add the POT file (https://git-tails.immerda.ch/iuk/plain/po/tails-iuk.pot) for Tails incremental updates as a resource on Transifex, probably named Tails-IUK or similar.
Note that the existing French translation (https://git-tails.immerda.ch/iuk/tree/po) should be imported.
