migrate GNU/Linux PTBB build to python 2.7
2.6 is obsolete, 2.7 is the current version in Debian stable and Ubuntu precise LTS.
You can merge the python2.7 branch in tpo's bundle.git that I did a few weeks ago; it should merge cleanly. (It might even work to remove argparse.py, since that should be already within python2.7.)
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
