Replace DirServer with DirAuthority in torrc
Should the generated torrc use DirAuthority instead of DirServer now that #6791 (moved) and #10124 (moved) are merged into Tor? It'll probably be smart to have an option to tell Chutney to use DirServer if one tests with an older version.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
