Rule for translate.google.com is broken

The ruleset for translate.google.com only allows the JS resources. The site works fine for me over HTTPS, even without JS, if I manually specify https://translate.google.com.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have admin enable hashed storage. More information
