Update rules for github.com
Screen fills with garbage on majority of page loads on github.com when using extension in chrome. Disabled all other extensions and still have the problem. Disable https anywhere and problem goes away.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
