I want to decouple three services from metrics-web and make them separate services. In particular, I'd like to have three new torproject.org subdomains for the three "Status" pages on the metrics website:

• exonerator.torproject.org for https://metrics.torproject.org/exonerator.html,

• relay-search.torproject.org for https://metrics.torproject.org/relay-search.html, and

• consensus-health.torproject.org for https://metrics.torproject.org/consensus-health.html

The first two will be Tomcat webapps, and the third will be a single index.html that gets updated once per hour and that can be served by Apache.

The main reason behind this is that these three services are not really related to metrics, except that they use metrics data which also applies to other services. Making them separate services will make it easier to move them to different machines in the future.
