Add resource for Tails-perl5lib on Transifex
Please add the POT file (https://git-tails.immerda.ch/perl5lib/plain/po/tails-perl5lib.pot) for Tails perl5lib as a resource on Transifex, probably named Tails-perl5lib or similar.
Note that the existing French translation (https://git-tails.immerda.ch/perl5lib/tree/po) should be imported.
This only has one string for the moment, but we expect it to grow.
