generate facilitator manpages with help2man
I've added some build scripts to generate manpages for the facilitator and nodejs proxy:

Rather than having the complexity of checking in pre-built products (and let the user either use pre-built or force a re-build), I decided to just make them build from source unconditionally.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
