add amazon smile to the donate page
Because of Amazon AWS and Payments, we're automagically signed up for Smile. Add http://smile.amazon.com/ch/20-8096820 to the donate page as yet another option.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
