Tor don't can't reachable port, dir and work not long time when it start

Hello,

tor will almost never reachable the Dir and Ort port on jaunty 64 bits. / version tor 0.2.16 rc noreply

First i have think was a error from me but with the package debian 0.2.16 rc 64 bits and libevent 1.4.2 stable it start instantaneously and reachable the port in a few secound.

Well seem really a big bug or problem on it ..

What need i reinstall my hybrid version ? The problem i will not have the update like this....
