Remove blockfinder Trac component
Blockfinder is hosted on GitHub and has actively discussed issues there. No need to have a component for it in our Trac. There are no tickets in the blockfinder component (anymore). I'm going to remove the component.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
