Update GUI before parsing router descriptors
Vidalia parses the descriptors for all routers that are included in the networkstatus before it updates the gui. This means the gui is mostly useless until this completes. This isn't Bad but it will be nice if the gui can be used while the descriptors are retrieved and parsed.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
