Change Windows TBB instructions from saying "unzip" to explaining "install"
This is the documentation side of #10452 (moved).
As reported in a blog comment, "All the descriptions still say "just unzip", which is clearly wrong since you need to run an .exe now."
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
