flickr doesn't work with https

Hi.

Right now, Flickr doesn't work with https, since important JavaScript stuff is loaded insecurely which is then blocked by any reasonable browser.

So the rules should be disabled for now, since Flickr seems to be too stupid to solve the problem: https://secure.flickr.com/help/forum/en-us/72157634874598435/
