In order to create a team of people caring for the website, it would be good to have a space to have discussions regarding website internals and its general structure. Could we please have a www-team@lists.torproject.org for that matter?
I am willing to maintain that list for the time being.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
