Support for Additional Tor Configurations in ooniprobe.conf
I was trying to run ooniprobe behind a proxy and found that ooniprobe currently doesn't have support to start tor with custom configurations. I have made a patch for that and it worked for me. I'm attaching the patch here, let me know if is it fine :)
