Online man pages are out of date
The Tor -alpha manual at https://www.torproject.org/docs/tor-manual-dev.html.en now describes the stable version of Tor. The Tor -stable manual at https://www.torproject.org/docs/tor-manual.html.en now describes an outdated Tor version.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
