Add recommended_version field to Onionoo's details documents
Onionoo clients should be able to say whether a relay or bridge runs a recommended Tor version or not.
The easiest way to do this is probably to add a new field recommended_versions to details documents.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
