"Who has used my bridge" not working in standalone Vidalia

For standalone Vidalia 0.2.21 with Tor 3.5: Settings > Sharing > "Who has used my bridge" does not show country list as it did when Vidalia was integrated into previous browser bundles. This over days or weeks of running the bridge, with Atlas, the Vidalia log, and port scanning showing circuits built successfully. [Running on Intel Atom/D2550 processor, 4GB in Win 7 32 bit.]
