Consider automating the process of offering t-shirts to relay operators more

Roger summarizes the process of offering t-shirts to relay operators:

Right now the way the tshirt thing works is that weather sends an automated mail instructing them to look at at a web page and send mail to a human. Then, if they send that mail, a human answers their mail with a single-use url for our tshirt shipper.

We should consider automating more of these steps. In theory, there's no need for a human to be involved.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
