bridges.tpo's uptime could be better
https://bridges.torproject.org/ seems to return error messages (502 or 503) instead of content quite a bit. Sometimes visiting the page from a different part of the internet gets me there, sometimes it doesn't. For the specific error messages, see the attached screenshots.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
