Suppress a warning in networks with only one directory authority
In (private) Tor networks with only one directory authority, that directory authority fails to upload votes and signatures to the other authorities and warns:
"Publishing server descriptor to directory authorities of type 'V3', but no authorities of that type listed!"
Fix in my branch one-dirauth.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
