Please create a mailing list for the 2014 summer dev. meeting

We need a dedicated communication channel for the 2014 summer dev. meeting:

• not all attendees are on tor-internal;
• people who sort out their emails will be able to sort that one at higher priority when the meeting approaches;
• it should help more people get involved in the meeting organizational tasks.

It would be a private, invitation only mailing list. I can be its administrator.

That mailing list can be killed a month after the meeting.
