Obfsproxy Linux directory inconsistency

There appears to be some inconsistency to where obfsproxy is installed on Linux.

If I install it via the stable Tor PPA, it is installed in /usr/bin

However I wanted to use the latest unstable version, and the only way to do so is to install via python pip. It seems doing so installs it into /usr/local/bin

To me it seems that pip is installing it in the wrong directory, could this be fixed?
