Instantbird translations
Instantbird is available in 14 languages. mrphs has reported that RTL support is working (unconfirmed whether merged or not). Upstream has also indicated its desire to accept patches here.
We should also discuss the infrastructure we will be using for the translations because Instantbird does not use Transifex.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
