How about adding a “blocked” state?
For planning, we are often creating tickets that are not currently actionable. Adding a “blocked” state that can be used when a ticket cannot be moved forward could be a great addition. We can then generate better “what can I do today?” lists that exclude unactionable tickets.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have admin enable hashed storage. More information
