Tor log: @last-listed 2013-10-01 16:05:42

I'm new to Tor and am taking a closer look at the logs left on my system.

I've noticed what appears to be a log left in the form of "cached-descriptors" that shows the relays during my connections. What I don't understand is a similar log left that displays the text: @last-listed 2013-10-01 16:05:42.

the date and time is just an example. Can you advise what is significant about this string? Is this the last time i connected with this relay? Thanks.

Lastly, does Tor normally delete these logs upon log out or is there a setting that allows me to remove these artifacts?
