Broken login on logitech support

The version of HTTPS Everywhere I am using is actually 3.4.5 but I didn't see this in the list. Would be nice if it was filtered by the component.

I am unable to login to my Logitech support account when HTTPS Everywhere is enabled. This behavior is occurring on both FireFox and Chrome.

The URL is https://logitech-en-amr.custhelp.com/app/utils/login_form/redirect/account%252Foverview

I can enter my username & password, but I can't invoke the "Log In" button by either clicking it or hitting enter while in one of the login fields. If I disable HTTPSE, it works.
