Obfsproxy through HTTP proxy

There is not possible to use Tor with Obfsproxy through HTTP proxy (only port 80 open and censored, for example websense proxy with dpi and https parse/certificate substitution). That is why we need http proxy support inside Obfsproxy client, at least with plain text authorization.
