Kill 'pyobfsproxy' component?

Is it possible to kill the pyobfsproxy component?

It's obsolete, since obfsproxy is named obfsproxy these days, and it also confuses some people who file bugs under it.

I think I have resolved all the open tickets on the pyobfsproxy component.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
