Tor on Ubuntu does not set correct AppArmor permissions
Tor 0.2.4.21 for Ubuntu 13.10, acquired from the repository at deb.torproject.org does not set its privileges correctly with AppArmor to access files in /var/run/tor. This causes Tor to fail with permission denied errors in these directories. I have attached an updated /etc/apparmor.d/system_tor file that adds the correct permissions.
