Create component for metrics-lib, delete Metrics Utilities
I want to delete the Metrics Utilities component, because there are already have components for the important metrics-related products, and having a catch-all for the rest seems bad. I'd rather want to create components for the missing ones and remove the Metrics Utilities component.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
