This page does not exist via HTTPS: https://fxfeeds.mozilla.com/pt-PT/firefox/headlines.xml
It is only loadable via plain HTTP: http://fxfeeds.mozilla.com/pt-PT/firefox/headlines.xml
Mozilla rule needs an exception added for fxfeeds.mozilla.com domain.
