3.5 and 4.0 flickr ruleset breaks loginfor me today
Using Firefox 20.0 If I disable the flickr ruleset, I can login otherwise I end up at their registration successful page, which is also a problem because I was not registering but attempting to login via flickr:

This wasn't a problem a couple of days ago.
It is also dev16 NOT 15. I fail to understand what all the bug selection options are for noting this problem. There needs to be a simpler way to log a ruleset issue.
