obfsproxy does not work on CentOS 6

Per the discussion on tor-relays@, apparently obfsproxy has been busted on CentOS for over a year. This probably should be addressed similarly to #11558 (closed).

Known potential problems:

  • python-2.6.6
  • Twisted-8.2.0 (28-Dec-2008)

Apparently it's non-trivial to install a new python with make altinstall, though I haven't tried that, and I assume even if it does just work (as I suspect it will), people would rather use distribution provided packages for all the dependencies.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
