don't print scramblesuit disclaimer for each connection

    def __init__( self ):
        """
        Initialise a ScrambleSuitTransport object.
        """

        log.error("\n\n################################################\n"
                  "Do NOT rely on ScrambleSuit for strong security!\n"
                  "################################################\n")

        log.debug("Initialising %s." % const.TRANSPORT_NAME)

This disclaimer should be printed in setup() not in __init__(), since __init__() is called for every connection.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
