Please create new virtual machine for Onionoo

Please create a new virtual machine for Onionoo. It should have:

  • 6 or better 8 GB RAM, and
  • 30 or better 50 GB disk, SSD preferred.

Also, can we have an SSL cert for https://onionoo.torproject.org/ on it?
