Wikia completely broken
wikia.com seems to have dropped all support for HTTPS. Accessing the page with the Wikia ruleset enabled loads all the page over HTTP, and completely breaks the layout. This ruleset is enabled by default in Opera.
The ruleset Wikia.xml should be explicitly disabled.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
