remove obsolete jshooks files
The two files jshooks.js and jshooks4.js are no longer used because TB is using C++ patches to Firefox instead. See https://lists.torproject.org/pipermail/tbb-dev/2014-June/000074.html
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have admin enable hashed storage. More information
