Make KVM TBB builds reproducible with LXC

While building TBB 3.6.2 we realized that LXC builds don't match KVM builds. There are differences on all platforms. This is the parent ticket to track the efforts on the three platforms we currently support.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
